Priced per org, not per seat.
We publish how Evidentra is priced so you can tell early whether it fits your budget shape. The figures depend on org count and scale, so those come from a conversation — but the unit shouldn’t be a surprise you discover on a call.
The Model
How the bill is built.
- One platform feeOne annual fee per workspace, covering the context graph, the workspace, the MCP layer and pull request verification. Independent of how many people use it.
- One subscription per production orgA subscription for each production Salesforce org you connect. Sandboxes and scratch orgs attached to a connected production org are included.
- No charge per seatNo per-user charge. The argument for Evidentra is that one shared context serves the executive suite, delivery management and every developer and agent — charging per head would work against that.
What you are never charged for.
- Per user, per developer or per agent
- Per pull request, per scan or per query
- Per component, object or Flow in your org
Enterprise self-hosting, where Evidentra runs inside your own cloud environment, is quoted separately. Contracts are annual and billed in advance; the terms are in the master service agreement.
